Coffee's origin story begins in Ethiopia. Giday Berhe's story begins in 1993 when he opened both dry and wet mills in Jimma, a villiage in south-western Oromia, Ethiopia.
Having been in the coffee industry for nearly three decades, Giday has a remarkably high standard for quality. His farm grows domesticated coffee plants in close proximity to the natural vegetation which creates the conditions for slower development resulting in a more intense flavor. Giday invests much of the money he earns through the farm back into the community. He builds schools, teaches better farming practices, and provides access to health care to his workers. |

We roast to order and ship the very next day to provide you with the freshest cup possible.
We roast our coffee on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. Orders received by 8 pm PST the day prior to roasting will be included in the following day's roast schedule.We roast to order and ship the very next day to provide you with the freshest cup possible.
