Our new Chiapas offering is back! This version is from the same region and coop, but grown exclusively by women.
This bean comes from the Campesinos Ecologicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas (CESMACH). CESMACH as a co-op strives to produce organic products. 60 percent of its farmers hold an organic certification. The co-op works to balance its resources between building a sustainable, yet growing business and developing social programs in the community, We hope you enjoy this offering and practice the values that make CESMACH strong: Respect, loyalty, democracy, social participation, and non-discrimination. |

Roasting & Shipping Schedule
We roast our coffee to order on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. Orders received by 8 pm PST the day prior to roasting will be included in the following day's roast schedule. We roast to order and ship the very next day to provide you with the freshest cup possible
