Filberto Pablo Pablo has been farming coffee for the past 10 years. He started from scratch, having to remove old unhealthy trees and plant new trees on the land.
His farm is located in the southwestern region of Huehue. This region is extremely diverse including 9 Maya groups each speaking their own language. Considered sacred land, groups who come to this land to pray say that Pablo refers to this land as "savior."

Roasting & Shipping Schedule
We roast our coffee to order on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. Orders received by 8 pm PST the day prior to roasting will be included in the following day's roast schedule. We roast to order and ship the very next day to provide you with the freshest cup possible.
